All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via Express Post through Sendle or Australia Post. Postage time frames are between 1-4 business days metro. Regional or remote deliveries may take longer, estimated timeframes can be accessed through the courier's website for more information.

Purchases after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

All shipping times referred to are as per the courier delivery times and can vary depending on location and level of congestion within the postage network and unforeseen events. Please refer to courier website for further details.

While most packages will arrive within the stipulated delivery times, unfortunately some uncontrollable delays may occur - every effort is made to ensure you get your products quickly.

If you provide the wrong contact information/address for your purchase/order we take no responsibility and do not refund or replace orders if details are incorrect.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature and health and safety of our products, returns are NOT accepted, unless deemed faulty so please choose carefully.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS 

We quality check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you have received a damaged item, please allow us to correct it for you! 

  • Tags/labels must still be attached to the damaged item and we must be informed of the damage/defect before returning. 
  • Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Be sure to take photo evidence of damaged item as soon as received. If it has been more than 3 days, we are not able to replace the item for you.
  • If it has been within the 3 day period, we will replace the item for you and return ship free of cost. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit (e-gift card). 

HOW TO RETURN IF DEEMED FAULTY 

  • Returns on faulty products can be made online only through email.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition. 
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed, in original condition and all tags/labels must be attached. 
  • Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
